Six revenue tiers, each with its own ceiling on what a 5/5 actually means. Revenue bands are calibrated to your sport and your market — clubs in different sports and different countries operate in fundamentally different commercial universes, so the bands shift accordingly. Why ceilings? How is this different from a league table?

A league table tells you the result of last season. SCAS tells you whether the structural engine — Fan, Cultural, Commercial, Media, Talent, Competitive — is built to sustain results across cycles. Two clubs in the same league position can have very different SCAS profiles, and the gap usually predicts the next three seasons better than the current standing does.

Is the Free Score the Full Diagnostic?

No — and we want to be precise about that. The Free Score is anonymous, runs in your browser and asks an indicative set of 34 questions (28 scored + 6 profile). You get a confidence-weighted score across all six sub-dimensions, your opportunity quadrant, the top-5 initiatives and the 24-month roadmap teaser — enough to know whether a deeper look is worth it. What does the Full Diagnostic cost — and how do I get one?

Do you upload our data anywhere?

The Free Score runs entirely in your browser — nothing is uploaded, nothing is stored. Your answers live in memory and disappear when you close the tab. For the Full Diagnostic, data handling is covered by an explicit data processing agreement and the policies documented in the footer (the binding versions are being finalised with our lawyers and will be published before any paid engagement signs).

What if our club sits between two tiers?

Run the diagnostic against the tier your annual revenue places you in — that is the honest baseline and the one we calibrate against.
